Support Specialist – Customer Service

BrightKey  is currently growing our service team at their Annapolis Junction, MD location (near Columbia/Jessup MD). We are looking for individuals to ensure that our customers receive the greatest care and consideration in getting questions answered.
This Support Specialist - Customer Service role is ideal for savvy, self-motivated individuals passionate about helping customers and wanting to grow in a fast-paced, low-stress environment. We want to hear from you if you’re committed to excellent communication and eager to make a significant impact.

Schedule, Benefits, & Compensation:
  • On-Site, First shift, Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week

  • Pay is $19.00 per hour

Requested Experience for Support Specialist - Customer Service Candidates:
  • Experience in a professional call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally in a call center environment.
  • The ability to interact and communicate in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Core Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls from customers to address their needs, questions, and concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or problems and offer assistance to reach a positive conclusion to the customer interaction. 
  • Provide accurate documentation by utilizing systems and software to record customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least on year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in computer programs including Word and Excel
