Job Title: Front Counter Staff
Job Type: Part-time (15-25 hours/week, flexible)
Job Description:
We are looking for front counter staff to join our well-established team as part of our 30+ year family owned & operated bagel shop and SWFL favorite. As Front Counter Staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of bagels (sandwiches, dozens, etc.) while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Your duties will include taking & making bagel orders/sandwiches, brewing/filling coffee, interacting with customers, POS/register, wiping tables, washing dishes, cleaning, rotating product, etc. and ensuring that the kitchen equipment is kept clean and organized. We are open Tuesday-Sunday (closed Mondays) with shifts starting as early as 5/6 am and close at 2/3 pm with availability for shifts for full/partial weekdays/weekends. MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Must have weekend availability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
