Travel RN – Case Management

Austin, TX | 13-Week Contract

 

Schedule

• Day shift 8:00AM-5:00PM
• 5 days per week
• Rotating weekends (every other)
• No on-call

Pay Package (36 Hours/Week)

• W2 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
• Weekly Stipend: $1,207.37
• Weekly Gross: $1,927.37

Role Overview

• Discharge planning and care coordination
• Post-acute care planning
• Collaboration with physicians, patients, and families
• Support across ICU, Tele, PCU, Neuro, Ortho, and Observation units

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of bedside case management experience
• Post-acute care knowledge
• Meditech/ Midas or HCA experience required
