Weekly Pay rate: W2: $2800 1099: $3000 Submission Requirements: 2+ years Preop/ AM Admit experience - Required Proficiency with IV Starts - Required Previous travel - Required EPIC Experience - Required Experience with conscious sedation and Preprocedural experience (admissions) and blocks - Required PALS - Preferred 8 HR Days 5:15 - 1:30 p Mon - Fri 40 hrs scheduled with 36 hrs guaranteed Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License Requirements New York Additional License Requirements Must be in hand upon submission
