Job Overview: As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that effectively communicates the client's message. This includes planning, filming, editing, and producing engaging video content. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure video content aligns with our organizational goals and marketing strategies. Your work will help build awareness projects and increase income generation through captivating visual storytelling.

Location: Remote

Salary: $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Quality Video Content Production:
• Plan, organize, and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, directing on-site, and capturing high-quality footage.
• Travel to various locations, both domestically and internationally, to film events, interviews, and other content.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve optimal video quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project vision and requirements.

• Video Editing and Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished video content using industry-standard video editing software.
• Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Perform color correction, audio leveling, and other post-production tasks.
• Deliver final video products optimized for various platforms.
• Animation and Motion Graphics:
• Develop animations and motion graphics to complement video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align animations with campaign goals.
• Experiment with new animation styles and techniques.
• Video Production Management:
• Handle all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Maintain all video production equipment and keep organized records of all video projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
• Manage video production schedules and timelines.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with marketing, fundraising, and communications teams to align video content with organizational goals.
• Provide technical support for live events, webinars, and other video-related activities.
• Train and support team members in basic video production techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure all video content reflects the mission, values, and visual identity of Human Appeal USA.

  Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video production, including filming, editing, and animation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing and animation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). Basic knowledge of sound editing and production techniques.

  • Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics software such as After Effects or Blender.
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization techniques.
• Personal Skills:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
• Willingness to travel, including internationally.

  Physical Requirements:

  • Visual Acuity: Ability to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal.
  • Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity.
  • Mobility: Ability to visit various locations and stand/walk as needed.
  • Lifting Ability: Occasionally lift, carry, and move light to medium weight (up to 12 pounds).
