Typically we don’t travel up to Palm Beach but we do see some bullseye snakeheads in North Broward. Peacock bass fishing in Florida is a blast. We don’t fish in the everglades but we will fish in towns that surround the everglades. We also don’t fish in Lake Ida, we don’t need to because we have over 70 peacock bass fishing spots in South Florida. When we arrive at one of our fishing spots we look for structures under the water such as ledges, drains, and even a culvert. We find peacock bass and bullseye snakehead in most of the canal systems which offer other fishing opportunities. We love canal fishing because you never know what will eat your bait, it could be a peacock bass, a snakehead, a snook, or even a tarpon!

What Seasons Are The Best To Catch Peacock Bass?

Peacock Bass love warm water temperatures. For peacock bass in Florida, summer is the best time of the year to catch large quantities. For many anglers, when there are low water temperatures during the winter, the number of fish you catch goes down, but we guarantee you will catch them.
